Catherine Tan, Singapore.
2. What do you do and how many family members do you have ?
I’m an event organizer and dance teacher. There are 6 people in my family, including me.
3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
Quite often recently! Maangchi is one of my must-read references when trying out new recipes.
myeolchi bokkeum (dried anchovy side dish)
ssamjang (soybean paste dipping sauce) and vegetables

Kimchi Chigae, Bibimbap and Japchae!
5. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
Japchae (stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat) :)
