What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Michele Wood-Hwang and I live in Connecticut just outside of Hartford.

Tell me about the first time you ever tasted Korean food. Where were you, and what did you eat?
The first time I ever tasted Korean food was in the basement of the dorm I was living in at Central Connecticut State University. I had the opportunity to eat Bibimguksu with golbaengi and it was love at first bite!

How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I cook Korean food following your recipes a few times a month. I really should cook it more frequently though, as my husband is Korean, and we have a son who shares some Korean heritage and I would like to help to strengthen his palate for Korean cuisine!

Galbi.
