Here is my mini interview with Sally and the photos of Korean dishes that she made. She loves cooking! Yes, I agree with you! You can add some Korean dishes to your menu in your restaurant.  ^^

1. What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Sally Dewi Mulyadi Tan and I live in Indonesia.

2. What do you do and how many family members do you have ?
I run a restaurant in Indonesia. I was born into a family of seven (with two brothers and two sisters). And recently now + 1 — my husband.

3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
Some period, after watching a lot of korean dramas (watching Shining Inheritance now :-) ) I  cook Korean food almost everyday. And about 80% of the time I follow your recipes and I always can’t wait for your new videos!! Sometime, I  cook Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Western dishes.

baechu doenjangguk (cabbage soup with soy bean paste)

4. What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
When I am in a Korean restaurant, these are my top 3 choices: Bibimbap (I prefer in a normal bowl rather than the hot stone bowl), Soondubu jjigae,, and Gamjatang. And many more to the list.

5. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
Everybody compliments my Korean dishes when I use your recipes. Especially for the Soondubu jjigae. My husband can’t have enough of the sujunggwa and potato side dish (gamja jorim) that I made using your recipes!! Maybe I should open a Korean restaurant soon!! :-)

ps. btw, perhaps I have not attached this picture of my soondubu jjigae that I made using your recipe. It rocks! Especially the stock. After making this soondubu jjigae I decided to invest in a korean earthen ware pot so next time I cook Soondubu jjigae, it will still be bubbling on the table!
