Flower made this beautiful rice cake. She says, “…I made one third of chocolate and coconut. one of my nephew became fascinated and asked me to continue doing for him..” wow, I’m very impressed with her creativeness!
1.What is your name and where do you live?
Mi name is Flor (flower) and I live in Venezuela.
2.What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I am a chef, I’m not married, and we are a large family, I have an older brother, my father and mother, a grandmother and an aunt. and of course my brother’s wife and children
(certainly not all live in the same house LOL)
3.How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
To be honest I do not have much free time I work a lot, but when I’ve prepared some of your recipes as kimchi, rice cakes (GyungdanSongpyeon), abalone porrige, gimbap, etc, but what I do is more gimbap therefore very similar to sushi, almost always accompanies me in my lunchbox.

4.What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
abalone porrige, gimbap, Kimchi and although I have not tried really going to like me Jjajangmyun and Danpatjuk because in my country have similar dishes
5. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
funny, none, and not given to prove to anyone, I’ve made just for me.
