What is your name and where do you live?
I am Julia and I’m living in Calgary, Canada.

Tell me about the first time you ever tasted Korean food. Where were you, and what did you eat?
My first try of Korean food was Korean barbecue and side dishes.  I loved it.

How often do you cook Korean food?
I cook Korean food about twice a month. I can make many different kinds of Korean dishes.  I always keep my Kimchi in my refrigerator and share with my friends.

What are your 3 favorite Korean dishes?
Samgyetang (삼계탕: Ginseng chicken soup)
Eomukguk  (어묵국: Fish cake soup)
Tteokbokki (떡볶이: Hot and spicy rice cake)

What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on?
