Gochujang, Am I done yet?

This is a photo of the progress of my homemade gochujang. I live in Arizona where it is not humid at all, and it has also been windy and cold. The gochujang is beginning to look like leather and is even the same thickness as the store bought gochujang. I still have 1 month left to sit in the sun. Do I need to still be in the sun for one more month? Am I done yet? I am the one on the right by the way :)
