I don’t believe Okra is traditionally used in Korean cooking but I’m sure you could add it to all sorts of things. You could stir-fry it and add it to japche or bibimbap. Also, it might be good in a hearty stew like soondubu jjigae or kimchi jjigae. If you’re feeling adventurous maybe an okra kimchi?
