I can think of my kimchiguk recipe. It contains meat, kimchi, and lots of tofu, so it’s pretty much a well balanced diet. You won’t need any other side dishes. But if you want some green stuff, chew a small cucumber. : )

Make rice and eat it with kimchiguk. You can replace pork with beef, too. http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/kimchiguk
