Dear Maangchi,
Being raised by my Korean grandmother, I've learned cooking from her. However, there still so many things I didn't have a chance to learn because she passed away and one of them is marinated daikon. She used to serve it as an appetizer but I just ate it as a snack since i was a child. If you know how to do it, please make a video, 'cause I really miss it!

Thank you,
Aneta
