I don't know if you can buy fresh perilla leaves online. Maybe ask the people at your market if they could get them for you. Good luck! I can't even find a website online to order them from. The closest I found find where some canned Perilla leaves. However, I would prefer the fresh kind. I went to my local Asia market and it was not there. I'm really don't want to start my cooking adventure without it. Can anyone help? I can't wait to make it but I want to make an amount that would serve 10 or 15 portions. I figure I would just double or triple or everything. However, with the chili paste, chili flakes and peppers. I don't think it would be wise to double or triple those portions. What should I double and triple and what should I not? I have a family that eats a lot and I will probably have 4 to 5 serving myself, haha. Help me please!
