Hey, everyone!!! My name is Tiara and I am simply in love with Korea (the language, culture, music, movies, dramas, shows, and of course the FOOD!!!) I'm even teaching myself Korean and it's going really well. My first taste of Korean cuisine was of course kimchi and after that I became hooked and wanted to try cooking other dishes. My first korean dish was from Maangchi's recipe for Jjajangmyeon, which tasted delicious (to my surprise because I had never really cooked anything) and after that I was addicted to cooking. I have been on a korean food-based diet for a year and so far I have lost a 110 pounds and I couldn't be happier. I admit I am a Korean food addict, and a proud one at that :-) I have even gotten my family hooked on my cooking, especially my kimchi bokkeumbap (made with the kimchi (again from Maangchi's recipe,) I made myself, yes, me!!!).

I love this website and looking at Maangchi make food that brings people together. I think I have unlocked a passion for cooking korean food. Thank you Maangchi :-)

I might upload some of my dishes soon, so look out for them and please let me know what you think!
