At 2 of our favorite chinese buffet type restaurants, we have seen a dish called "Korean Chicken and Peppers". The chicken breast (sliced very thin, but not in strips) is yellow in color and I think it is fried. It is not oily or greasy. There is no sauce/gravy in it.

My whole family loves it. Do you know of a recipe for it? I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you :)

My name is Joy. I am 58 years old and am trying to learn to speak Korean. Also struggling to get the hang of using chopsticks.

I am also starting to prepare korean dishes. So, I am looking forward to seeing some of your recipes.
