I would also love a recipe for tomato kimchi too! I experimented with making it tonight, but would like to know how you do it, Maangchi, because you do everything so well!

Hi Maangchi,
I am looking for an authentic recipe for tomato kimchi. It's my Korean son-in-law's favorite dish. I would like to surprise him and my daughter when they visit, so I can't ask his mother for the recipe. I found several recipes online, but they vary quite a bit. It would be nice if you could provide one.
Many thanks,
Laura
