Not a chef? Not a problem, we just want you to be passionate about grilling! Join us on July 23rd for an open call audition to become a local KBBQ legend at the 3rd Annual Korean BBQ Cook-off.</p> <p>The rules are simple, bring your best “Korean Inspired” BBQ dish (meat/protein item) along with a complementary side dish to our open audition. The top four chefs from this event will have a chance to showcase their skills at the 3rd Annual Korean BBQ Cook-off where they will duke it out for a chance to win Cash Prize and the title of Top Local KBBQ Chef.<br /> All contestants must be over the age of 18 and are not required to be a professional chef, but must be passionate about grilling and of course, Korean BBQ! Contestant must bring 1 Korean BBQ inspired meat (can be any type of meat/protein item) dish along with a complementary side dish. We recommend bringing your item fully cooked and in a container that will keep the dish warm. The contestant should also bring a dish to plate for presentation purposes. So please prepare accordingly. Participants that arrive after 9:05am will not qualify. Winning contestants must be available on August 6th to compete at the 3rd Annual Korean BBQ Cook-off.
