I was wondering if you could post a video on how to make a vegetarian version of &#34;Korean style mapo tofu&#34;.  I had this dish at a korean restaurant and it was really good (nice and spicy).  Another name for it is &#34;Tofu Gopdol&#34;.  I hope you can post a video for this dish.  Thanks so much :)
