Hi, barley malt powder is &#34;yeotgirum&#34;: 엿기름 in Korean. Yeotgirum is used to make &#34;shikhye&#34;: 식혜. That's the only recipe I know that uses barley malt powder. Shikhye recipe will be posted someday later.
