Now, living back in Australia I have tried to make this dish. But I can't seem to make it like it was back in Korea. (&gt;.&lt;) i've really learned a lot! thank you!</p> <p>so because i like your recipes and you seem to be the most knowledgeable about korean cuisine (and i am aware that you have other requests for this) maybe you could help me out, i'm just getting a little desperate....</p> <p>there are two places i have ordered jaeyook kimchi bokkeum with dubu. it was sooo good so since then, i have searched endlessly online for this recipe but have turned up empty (-_-)<br /> both restaurants seemed to have the same recipe and presentation - kimchi, pork, rice cakes, and green onions in a gojujang sauce with plain tofu on the side, but i just can't seem to find the right recipe online - some seem to be it but then its missing something like the rice cakes and/or added something like carrots?? i know that you are possibly in the process of making this dish yourself, but i wonder, could i have gotten the name wrong or maybe there are just too many different variations of this dish? </p> <p>i'm not asking for you to go out of your way, but at the very least, could you please point me in the right direction in where i may find this recipe? </p> <p>i appreciate being given this opportunity to ask you this, so thanks!! hopefully, ill hear from you soon! </p>
