KIMCHI JAEYOOK DDUKBOKI WITH CHEESE -

It's one of my favorite dishes from Arang in K-Town NYC... Kimchi, pork, rice cakes and mozzarella cheese I'm pretty sure theres zucchini in it too... They also have a seafood version

Does anyone have any idea how to make it?

maangchi unni! i just first wanted to say that i love your site and have enjoyed cooking your recipes, you are awesome! (>.<) i've really learned a lot! thank you!

so because i like your recipes and you seem to be the most knowledgeable about korean cuisine (and i am aware that you have other requests for this) maybe you could help me out, i'm just getting a little desperate....

there are two places i have ordered jaeyook kimchi bokkeum with dubu. it was sooo good so since then, i have searched endlessly online for this recipe but have turned up empty (-_-)
both restaurants seemed to have the same recipe and presentation - kimchi, pork, rice cakes, and green onions in a gojujang sauce with plain tofu on the side, but i just can't seem to find the right recipe online - some seem to be it but then its missing something like the rice cakes and/or added something like carrots?? i know that you are possibly in the process of making this dish yourself, but i wonder, could i have gotten the name wrong or maybe there are just too many different variations of this dish?

i'm not asking for you to go out of your way, but at the very least, could you please point me in the right direction in where i may find this recipe?

i appreciate being given this opportunity to ask you this, so thanks!! hopefully, ill hear from you soon!
