I have looked forever to find a recipe for Gamjatang. It is one of my favorite dishes. I have tried making it and it didn't turn out very good. I will now try your recipe and hope I have better luck. Also, many times when I have it, there is a sauce that is for dipping the meat in. Can you tell me what is in it?</p> <p>Another favorite of mine is Military Stew (Budae Jigae).
