Dear Maangchi, how are you?
I have a question about azuki beans. I bought them to try to make chapssalddeok but on the label it says they should be soaked in water for 24 hours before use.
On your video it looks like they are not soaked. Are there many varieties or boiling for 90 minutes make them soft anyway?
Thank you in advance for your answer + thanks for all the videos!

I was just wondering if you could do a show on Chapssalddeok, The church I used to go to would make these for the whole chuck group and fundraisers. I was about 12 when they were making them and I wasn't allowed in the kitchen then. I have ask my mom so show me but she keeps saying later. Please it is hard to see her now cause she lives a ways away. Please and Thank you.
