I'm already looking forward to seeing the photo of mujigaeddeok you make. : ) You are such a cool father!
You will probably wish this while you are rubbing the rice flour. "I wish my children healthy, happy, smart, and their own dreams come true."

Thank you Maangchi for all the recipes, I'm actually going to have a dinner with my friends this weekend and I will make all my dishes from your website. Kalbi, Soondubu Chigae, if you have gamjatang's recipe it would have been perfect. but I'm going to scavenger hunt other recipes for now and let you know what the outcome is.

Jenuin: I've seen it on menus as Jampong. I think the spelling fluctuates. But it is a bright red, spicy seafood stew with noodles. Sound familiar? It is one of my favorite things to eat.

jenuin,
What is Jang bon? : ) Spicy seafood stew is called "maewoontang" (매운탕) in Korean. Jangbon(쟁반) in Korean means a plate. Anyway, I guess you want to learn maewoontang. It's already included in the list of my upcoming tutorial recipe videos. Thank you for your request. If it's not that you talk about, let me know again. And anybody who knows it, just feel free to leave your answer here.

Also I forgot to mention, my mom tells me how to make things sometimes but she always says you have to watch how to make it. She cant always explain well (she's korean too) and it really is easier when I watch her. Unfortunately she lives in WA and I live in HI so I would really really appreciate your help if its possible!! I'm so so happy to see how well your site is doing also!!

Hi Maangchi,
My request will be seaweed side dishes. I had seaweed side dishes when I go to korean restaurant and love them. One of them, I don't know the name of the seaweed, but it's kinda 'chewy', long, and more light green color.
The other seaweed side uses similar seaweed that the Japanese use in miso soup, wakame (I don't know the name in korean).
If you have time, I would love to know how to make seaweed side dishes.
