A couple of days ago I stayed so long at work that I decided I needed a reward! I phoned the friendly owner of the restaurant and I ordered yangnyeom tongdak with a portion of kimchi and steamed rice. I couldn't wait to take it home...<br /> Spicy fried chicken is simply irresistible, I have tried to make it a couple of times but the result is still very far from what the restaurant (or Maangchi) does.<br /> To give you an idea of my delicious dinner I took some photos.
