Hi, My name is Anthony Park, living in San Francisco. I love to travel around many states. And most places don't have Soondae. They usually have frozen kinds. I know many people would be like ewww when they hear "Blood Sausage." But Soondae is different from any other country blood sausage. Soondae has many different flavor that you can really enjoy eating. I been always curious and wanted to make Soondae at home but did not know how to make them. And the restaurants and stores around here don't make them fresh, they usually have are the frozen ones. When Soondae is frozen and re-steam them, they lose that freshness taste. So I was wondering if you can introduce to us "How to make Soondae." Thanks.

I'm in Korea now, and will move back to the States soon. Korean husband already there and eating just ramyun. I need to know what ingredients are necessary to buy in Korea. Is "dulgae" available there? Where can I buy perilla seeds if I am going to need to grow it? Any other seeds available like minari, ssuk? Anyone have any practical advice on what I need to bring for establishing a real Korean kitchen in America? Thanks in advance.

Help! I moved to Phoenix AZ from Toronto, Canada and desperately miss my asian grocery stores! I have found the Asiana Market, Lee Lee's Oriental market and the one at the Chinese Cultural Center, but these are most a huge drive. Can anyone recommend others? Perhaps some smaller neighbourhood kind of ones?
