Are there different recipes for cucumber kimchi? What I mean is, if I dont want to stuff the cucumbers and just chop them up can I use the same sauce as the stuffed cucumber recipe? Or is the sauce different? I've seen different cucumber kimchi at couple different Korean restaurants.
Also, to make stuffed cucumber can I use reg. cucumber from any grocery or does it have to be a certain kind that makes it better?

Thank you! =)
