&#60;p&#62;Remove membrane from ribs.&#60;br /&#62;
Cut into individual ribs.&#60;br /&#62;
Season with &#38;quot;Tonys&#38;quot; (Tony Chachere's creole seasoning)&#60;br /&#62;
Coat with Wondra flour.&#60;br /&#62;
Fry for 12 minutes.&#60;br /&#62;
Coat with sauce.&#60;/p&#62;
