Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I watch a lot of Korean shows and they say lots of things like; bean paste is good for aiding digestion and detoxifying the liver, pumpkin is good for skin and trout is good for new mothers ect ect. Does anyone know where I could find a list of commonly consumed Korean foods/ingredients and what they are supposed to help/strengthen?

Thanks!

Doug
