      Hoping to get some feedback on making gochujang. Does anyone have experience making the recipe for gochujang in regards to what size clay pot is needed? My second question is about the pots themselves. Will the pots crack if left outside in cold weather if left exposed (not buried) and what if any seasoning is needed before using them the first time? Thanks for any help.
