      안녕하세요, 망치!

This is Kadambari here from India.

First of all I would like to thank you Maangchi for all the efforts you have made in making it possible for us to cook Korean food at home. I am married to a Korean and we live in India. I love Korean food and my husband being a Korean can't live without it. Korean restaurants in India are very expensive so it was not possible for us to eat there all the time.

Through your blog I have been able to cook Korean food at home for both of us. According to my husband the food that I cook, based on your recipes, is awesome. Actually more than him I think they are awesome. I love eating all the Korean food that I cook. To be very frank I have started loving Korean food more than Indian. We cook Korean food more often than Indian at home, and believe me this coming from an Indian is a big thing, as most Indians can't live without their own food.

The kkakdugi that I make is loved by so many people in my family, that now my parents at times eat it with Indian food too. Anyhow I can go on about how much I love Korean food.

Finally I would like to thank you and I hope someday you get a chance to visit India and cook Korean food for your Indian Fans :)
