Hello Maangchi and fellow Maangchi friends. My name is doc bing. yes, im a doctor trying hard to be a chef. I have been looking at your website and have tried one recipe so far – galbi. wow.. really delicious.
i want to try cooking bulgogi junggol and i wonder if i can use the dried mushroom instead of the white fresh ones?
thank you very much!
i love your website. happy cooking!
Hi Doc
David from NJ
I say sure you can use dry mushrooms instead of fresh if you have extra time. The dry mushrooms need to be re-hydrated soaked in water or other liquid ie. dasi sake soju for 3-5 hours and save the juice it can be used in whatever your are making
Thats whats up doc.
Your food friend
David
