Anyeonghaseyo! I'm actually Hmong, but I love cross-cultural cooking. I like to cook authentic food as well as modify it to my own personal version of them. I'm an aspiring actress from Minnesota, loves to cook, read, and a fashion-novice geek. I look forward to learning more about Korean cooking and dishes from Maangchi. Oh! And I love KDRAMAs, too! ^_^ I just recently started a blog, which you can feel free to stop by and look at some of my cooking at http://www.valyjuju.posterous.com and subscribe if you like. I only give out recipes and cooking instructions via request since I don't have a lot of time to sit and write down everything when I'm blogging. =)

Enclosed picture: I had some marinated beef jap chae with fresh veggies from my local Farmer's Market for dinner last night.
