Hi all, I found Maangchi, because I am into fermentation and I saw her video on Kimchi. Well it was wonderful and by now my kitchen is full of things fermenting. I make Kombucha, Kefir, Beet Kvass, some of my own cheese and try and grow my own veg as far as possible.
I have adapted your Kaktugi recipe for my organic radishes out of the garden and it worked very well !Thank you so much for all your effort Maangchi ! I don't know where you get the time to be so personal on a site like this and on Youtube.
