If you are in LA, you can go to Korea Galleria (Western and Olympic) and you will find Jin Heung Ghak on the food court (right next to the stair case). I don't ever see that name on other menus when I go out, and am wondering if it is known by another name. It is a bright red, spicy seafood stew with lots of noodles. It usually has clams, mussels, and shrimp. </p> <p>Have you heard of this dish? And is there another name by which it is known?
