<description>&#60;p&#62;The big thing about jellyfish is that it's earthen-color, so think like a slightly dark honey color....I tend to find it in the dried/cured seafood section (say, near dried shrimp). &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The jellyfish is packed in brine, so to eliminate the saltiness, it's best to wash it out and squeeze the excess liquid as well.  Hmmm....chewy jellyfish!
