Details are on the site but basically you upload a vid or photo that has something to do with Korea, choose a "Hallyu" star you like (that is, a Korean star) and the winners will get a trip to Korea and a chance to meet the star they chose! (you can't choose Lee Hyori)</p> <p>Apparently they are trying to promote Korean tourism.
