<description>&#60;p&#62;At 2 of our favorite chinese buffet type restaurants, we have seen a dish called &#34;Korean Chicken and Peppers&#34;.  The chicken breast (sliced very thin, but not in strips) is yellow in color and I think it is fried. It is not oily or greasy.  There is no sauce/gravy in it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My whole family loves it.  Do you know of a recipe for it?  I'd appreciate any help you can provide.&#60;/p&#62;
