<description>&#60;p&#62;if you cook it without rice cooker, use medium-low heat, cover the lid and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. after  10-15 minutes, open the lid, turn the rice over and let it simmer in low heat about 10 minutes.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;if you still get a rough beans, steam them. it's should be work. ^^

<description>&#60;p&#62;I usually soak it first and then cook it with rice cooker ( just like we usually do when cook regular white rice). maybe soak it around 2 hours should be fine.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have tried the receipt at home last night.  but it did not turn out good.  Bottom of rice got burn and some of soak beans are still rough.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I had 1.5 cup of white rice and 1.5 cups of bean(soaking over nite) and 2 TBS black rice. with 3 cups of water on stove.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Can you please give me some tips and recommendation. how much water do I need for rice cooker. It seems semi sweet when I had it in Korean restaurant, Is specail receipt?
