I’ve just become an avid fan of K-dramas…you know how it is…and have become very interested in Korean food, which is a large part of almost every story. Fortunately, I live in an area with a large Korean population, work with wonderful Korean people and am not afraid to try new things. Can’t wait to get started making delicious food for me and my family!

Hello! I am a big fan of Korean food, as well. Maangchi’s mung bean jelly was made correctly and should be colored white. Acorn (dotorimuk) jelly is colored white. I hope that helps.
