Hello! I just discovered your blog last week when I was looking for a bibimbap recipe. Yours immediately jumped out at me, with the video and pictures, and was a hit! Everyone loved it!

To answer the "about me" questions you posted in your blog:

What is your name and where do you live?
I'm Cheryl, and I moved to Syracuse, NY earlier this year. Prior to that we were in Baton Rouge, LA for one year, and prior to that my husband was in the Navy. We also lived 4 years in Japan, and 3 years in the Seattle, WA area. My dad was in the Navy when I was younger, so I've also lived in Spain, southern California, and eastern Washington state, and I went to college in Seattle.

What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I'm a stay at home mom to two elementary school aged girls, and my husband is a nuclear engineer. We also have two mutts that we adopted from an animal shelter last year, Ringo and Gretel.

When did you find my website?
Just last week! I was looking for a good bibimbap recipe, and loved your recipe and video!

How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
Yesterday was the first time, making bibimbap. I'm excited to try more!

What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
Bibimbap is the runaway favorite. It was one of our favorite dishes at a great Korean BBQ restaurant in Japan, and we can't get enough! Your recipe was a big hit with both my husband and the kids. It's the closest I've found so far to the dish we had in Japan. I also love, love, LOVE kimchi, but haven't tried other Korean food (yet).

What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
Bibimbap is the only I've made, but it's always gotten rave reviews from my family. ;)
