<description>&#60;p&#62;All you have to do is wash the octopus, steam it till it turns white and then dip it in Chojang.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;Cho jang” (hot spicy sauce) Recipe:&#60;br /&#62;
Mix 3 tbs hot pepper paste, 1 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs vinegar, and 1 tbs sugar in a bowl using a spoon.&#60;br /&#62;
Add 1 chopped green onion, 3 cloves garlic, and 2 ts of juice from minced ginger. Mix well.
