<description>&#60;p&#62;Whenever I go to my local H Mart grocery store, they always have people making and giving out samples.  I notice that when they saute food, they always have a sheet of aluminum covering the saute pan and they saute right on top of the aluminimum sheet. Why is this?  I notice they sautee the bulgogi like this also and it taste delish.
