It's all powder.<br /> He did mention one was coarse red pepper powder and said it looked like it had chunks or whatever.<br /> Is that the same?<br /> I'm pretty sure crushed red pepper isn't the same right? Looks too large and it's the stuff you see in pizza joints next to the parmesean cheese shaker.<br /> Even looking it up online, there doesn't seem to be anything on it other than people mistaking it for crushed red pepper.</p> <p>Any clarification on this would be great. </p>
