Me too- looking forward to this one! Sool dduk is my favorite type of rice cake, and soon I'll be moving to a new location where there aren't any stores that sell it TT TT

I can't wait for this recipe. It's my favorite kind of dduk (next to song pyeon) and I want to learn how to make it, too!

yes, I know the rice cake! It's called sool dduk or jeungpyeon.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeungpyeon

The shape of the rice cake is usually rectangular.

Yes, I include your request in the list of my future video recipes. Thank you!

Hi Maangchi, Do you know how to make sool dduhk (sweet moist rice cake with alcohol)? I used to be able to get various types of dduhk and many other delicious korean food when i lived in NJ, but now that I am in Manhattan, I am much more limited. I looked for it online and tried different spellings (sool dduk, sul dduhk, sool dug) but could not find a recipe.

If you know, can you please post recipe?
Thanks!
