My aunt use to make this and it was delicious. I just ran into some dried goguma julgi and would love to know how to make them again. I've been cooking it for 2 hours... maybe i should stop, haha. Could you please tell us how to make them?! Thank you!!!

Welcome to my website!
Yes, it's dried sweet potato stem side dish (gogumajulki namul)
To make the banchan (side dish), I boil them first and soak over night until they get softer. Then I cut them into bite size, add some seasoning (soy sauce, garlic, ), and cook using a pan or wok. The detailed recipe for dried sweet potato stem dish will be posted later. Thank you!

Hi Maangchi! So glad to have found this website...truly amazing!

I was wondering if there is a recipe for a "sweet potato stem recipe"? It sells in the Korean market dehydrated/dried and looks like thin and curled stick pieces and says it is "Go goo ma soon"??

I'm thinking I have to boil it for some time to hydrate it and get it soft but am lost as to the marinade?

Thanks much and enjoying many of your recipes here!
