<description>&#60;p&#62;Peel the zucchini with a potatoe peeler for 50% lengthwise and cut zucchini into quarters length wise and cut in finger length pieces.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Cook these in a pan with some oil on the 3 sides till brownish colour appears.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Add some teri yaki sauce and stir fry on high heat very short (teri yaki has sugar in it so it burns easily).&#60;br /&#62;
Add some toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped green unions.&#60;br /&#62;
Also add some roasted dried garlic flakes (which i forgot in this picture) :)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The same can be applied to white mushrooms.&#60;/p&#62;
