Maangchi!

I just wanted to drop a note on the forum and say a big THANK YOU!!! I LOVE tteokbokki and never knew how to make it. Using your recipe I made it for lunch today. What a great success. I added some sliced oden with the dduk. YUM Who knew it was so simple? I left out the optional red pepper flakes. I like my sauce smooth. I especially like that your version has a cleaner taste. :D Next time I will have to remember to add a hard boiled egg.

THANKS!
