<description>&#60;p&#62;Living about four hours away from the nearest good Korean grocer, I find a lot of my purchases have to be eating right away or spoil.  There are staples that have a long shelf-life:  kimchee, ramun, etc...but I'd love to be able to buy some of the ready-made banchan that I'm not really good at preparing and have them gradually throughout the month.  I know that seaweed salads can be frozen, have successfully found a way to store chrysanthemum and watercress by blanching, blending, and freezing into cube-sized pieces that I store for additions into soups, but what about bean sprouts, chap jae, stirfried anchovies (mine always turn out horrible even after watching the vid), etc...
