Hi,
Yeah, i’m early, but before you know it, you will be shopping for a tree!
I’m thinking about having a bunch of people over for christmas and serving a Korean meal, but since it will be christmas it should be special.
What do you suggest for a menu?
Let me know your suggestions.

haha, Korean style Christmas dinner. It sounds good! I would make these 12 dishes! :

I’ve always had miyukkuk (미역국) every year for Christmas. Although it’s typically made for birthdays.

I made up my mind and will make the following:
Japchae
Spicy tofu side sidh
Spinach side dish
Bean sprout side dish
Oisobagi
Kimchi
Kaktugi
Some kimbab
Some mandu
Barley rice
Kongjorim
And beer!
If there will be room for desert i don’t know… :)
