Happy 2024! Tonight’s maangchi dinner was Spicy stir-fried pork and kimchi ( Dwaeji-kimchi duruchigi : 돼지김치 두루치기) served with steamed eggplant, rice and fresh perilla leaves and salad from the garden. Such a simple and delicious meal.
