Ganjang-gejang 간장게장. (Raw crabs marinated in soy sauce.) A local grocer gets fresh live blue crabs every Thursday. I tried my hand at making this fish and it turned out great! I made this entire meal but had no one to help me eat it that night. Next time I will invite more guests.
