I just learned this one and was surprised how simple it turned out to be. The sause is just hot pepper paste (2 spoons) and hot pepper powder (1 spoon), soy sause, and cooking wine (or soju). Start by washing the chicken, and put it into a pan with a little water. Add vegetables (potato, carrots, onion, chopped garlic and leeks) and your prepared sause and cook until the chicken is done. (Some people add garlic and leeks last, and some add that earlier. Also, my sister in law adds kimchee to cook with it too. I would also like to see Maangchi’s video since i’ve seen several variations of this recipe. I guess you make it to taste! Hope this helps!
